Coffee, tea, about me

I used to be one of the heaviest coffee drinkers on earth. Coffee was in my veins in all possible forms: Turkish, Greek coffees, filter, cappucino, espresso, latte, stronger or light. I used to love coffee and associate it mostly with energy and mental focus.
In the last couple of years, I finally realized that apart from effectiveness, efficiency, target and budget there is life out there. Looking at your life 360 degrees is a powerful exercise for which you need courage. Once you do it, you understand the meaning of the word "balance" and re-consider all life aspects. And then life changes. Harmony is the natural consequence. Habits are changing: more tea instead of coffee, more pilates, yoga and dance than combat force, more positive people around you.
Preparing a cup of tea and using a Japanese pot makes me feel a totally different woman. Tea is about harmony, relaxation, balance and zen. "Carturesti" and "Green Tea" are two of my favourite tea places. Having a "Sunday Morning" and an "Apple strudel with pistachio" teas are wonderful gifts for the week end.
Getting into the zen zone is the first step to creativity and great ideas for life. Just be !

Power of Intentionality

A few months ago, I discovered a word that I immediately included in my daily vocabulary : "Intentionality".
Intentionality is much more than simple "intention". It is "intention" strongly supported by positive emotion, energy and action.
Once you have strong intentionality to make a shift in your life, every cell in your body is activated and you feel tracted in the direction you wanna go. It happens to me like this very frequently, as I am determined to move forward in many areas of my life.
A person with strong intentionality uses words such as "I can", I will", "absolutely", has a positive attitude and inspires people around. He/she has a strong vision about life and is action driven, each and every moment.
We all have intentions, and the most common is the New Year Resolution: "This year I will loose some  weight and I will go to the gym 3 times a week". How many people did actually stick to the promise? Just a few.
When you have strong intentionality about making significant changes in your life, you are able to make it happen. To walk the talk becomes a natural process.
For 2011, I have a strong intentionality as follows:
1. Be Myself every day, every moment
2. Be Happy in all aspects of my life
3. Have a positive influence on people and support them to be themselves and be happy !
